Thirty-three Years of Building, and the Legend Goes On
 Miller Construction, Inc. is owned and operated by Fred and Sandy Miller, along with their two sons, Kevin and Rob. The company has had an exciting past 10 years -- over 400 condominiums have been built and sold, with commitments for 200 more, making them the largest condominium builders in the Madison, Wisconsin area.
Three new companies have been added to Miller Construction, two of which are headed up by their sons. Along with being the expediter for Miller Construction, Kevin runs the concrete company, while Rob took over the excavating company.
“Our sons have been a real asset for us,” Fred began. “In fact, one of the main reasons for the great strides we have been able to make in recent years was due to their excellent work and the ideas they brought to the table.” That led to the sons being made partners in Miller Construction in 2000.
In describing the Miller Construction product, Sandy points out, “It took us a long time to come up with our condominium design.” Sun rooms, spacious walk-in closets and skylights are trademark elements in a Miller condo. “Another reason for the demand of our condos is that they are truly customized; each one is different inside,” added Sandy. “We employ a full-time consultant to help our customers with their upgrades and changes.”
Their success has given the Millers a jam-packed schedule, but they still choose to work several weeks a year in missionary endeavors through their church, building Bible camps, churches, and schools around the world. They have been on numerous trips to the Dominican Republic, Cuba, and Honduras for such projects. Their deep-seated faith is witnessed daily by those in which they come into contact.
