WHAT
This will be a time of refreshing, to connect with God, ministries in the Lake Union Conference, and like-minded people who share the joy of Jesus and want to spread it.
Registration & Exhibit Set up: Friday, April 16, 12:00-5:00 pm, Chan Shun Hall
- Seminar: Friday, April 16 from 3:00-4:30 pm --Dan Augsburger will present on the subject of prayer and how to be an effective witness in your ministry and the marketplace.
- Ron Whitehead, Andrews University’s Director of Center for Youth Evangelism, will give the opening night presentation.
- Pastor Dwight Nelson will deliver God’s message on Sabbath. You will also be blessed by inspiring testimonies from ASI members in action and an uplifting music concert presented by Jee Wong (piano) and Christina Piccardi (vocal).
- This year, Lake Union ASI has the unique opportunity of partnering with Stand Out, a ministry affiliated with Andrews that focuses on strengthening the faith of young people. Your children do not want to miss attending this retreat held simultaneously with the ASI conference. A handout about the Stand Out ministry is included in this packet. You may register your children in grades 9-12 through their website: standout.andrews.edu .
